Welcome

Wandering Tai Chi was first dreamed up in New Zealand. Eating fish and chips looking out across the sea, watching Rangitoto volcano island from the sandy beach in St Heliers. Back then, I dreamed of making my life about teaching Tai Chi, qigong and meditation to people and using these skills to help when coaching. I wasn’t quite ready at that time and had a good few years of my own healing journey, before I was.

I began going to classes in early 2001 not expecting to get mush out of them and over 20 years later I am still discovering new and exciting layers in practice. Today I continue to find awe in these practices and what they have to offer.

Without them I would not have found the resilience and stability I needed to make the journey I have been able to make.  They are deep and wide with so much to offer those who are willing to keep coming back to discover more.

What I try to do with my classes, workshops and coaching are to demystify the practices as much as possible, to help you see how these are skills for use in the world and everyday life. That through engaging with and refining these skills, what is on offer is a richer and more joyful experience as a human being.
