Qigong and Meditation for people who are still becoming who they want to be.
I’m Oskar a transmasculine non-binary, person of mixed heritage, and someone who has been practising internal arts for over twenty years. I started this journey believing that being human was a flaw. Qigong helped me discover it was something to be grateful for.
Wandering Tai Chi exists for people who haven’t always felt welcome in wellness spaces. You don’t need experience, a particular body, identity or a particular background. You just need to be curious and willing to show up.
Every Sunday at 10am on Zoom I run a drop-in qigong class. We check in, we move together, we practice Tai Chi Shibashi — sitting or standing, whatever works for you. It’s gentle, accessible, and genuinely open to all levels. I particularly want to create space for QTIPOC people, and for anyone navigating transition, mental health, or simply the difficulty of being alive right now.
Classes are pay-what-you-can. If you can give £5, £8, or £10 that sustains this work and helps me keep it accessible to people who can’t. If you genuinely can’t pay right now, come anyway.
