Every Sunday at 10am on Zoom I hold a drop-in qigong class that's genuinely open to all levels and all bodies — whether you practice standing or sitting, whether you've never tried qigong before or you've been practicing for years. We begin with a short check-in, then move through some standing practice and the Tai Chi Shibashi set together.
I particularly want this to be a space where QTIPOC people and anyone who hasn't always felt welcome in wellness spaces can practice without having to explain themselves. Everyone is welcome.
When you sign up you'll receive a reminder with the Zoom link on Sunday morning at 8am before the class. Occasionally I'll let you know about other events and workshops too.
