Finding some peace can be difficult in turbulent times. We don’t receive a lot of support in finding ways to develop skills that help us tune into and take refuge in our bodies as a home. We are often taught to see our bodies as a site of conflict where we are at odds with what we want our bodies to be.
How can we start to shift our perspective away from this very intimate disconnection and begin to experience the support and peace that is on offer when we focus on building a relationship with ourselves that is centred in support and care?
In the centring and grounding course, I will take you through some simple exercises from qigong practice that can help you to start the process of becoming more connected to yourself and your physical reality. It’s also a chance to explore how to find space to bring a more consistent and sustaining practice into your day-to-day life. A practice that has the intention of being kind and forgiving of yourself, but also wants to see results.

I’m Oskar, and I have been practising qigong, meditation and Tai Chi for over 20 years now. I’ve been very lucky to have had the chance to work with teachers who understand that the practice is for using in life and helping us to be as fully human as we can be.
The Centring and grounding course is a foundational skill that can support you to find more space and perspective in your life. I’ve been really excited by the feedback I have had about the course so far and I hope it will be able to make a difference in your life too.
Here is what some people have said about it:
“This enlightening course invited me to think more about how our bodies inhabit space and helped me find techniques to relax into myself and the space around me.
Through techniques of centering and grounding, I have found it easier to be attuned to the rhythms of my body and to embrace movements that help loosen some of the tensions I have in the world. ” S
“Honestly it’s really really good! I’ve paid fortunes for courses on stuff nowhere near as well put together and content rich” J
“How it’s delivered and presented is absolutely top notch, sooooo much depth and content, and super easy to follow.” J
“ I’ve been really enjoying it- I follow lots of different mindfulness practices, so this has been a really nice addition! Its nice and clear, the emails are really friendly and a nice way to catch up in between too!” K
