I run a weekly class on Sundays at 10am via zoom. This class is a drop in class for people of all levels who want to come along and do some qigong in a group. It is intended to center QTIPOC (Queer and Trans People of Colour) people because we do not often get access to these spaces.
The Mailchimp list you sign up to will send you a class reminder at 8am on the saturday with the zoom link. On occasion if I am doing other events either online or in person you may get notified about that too.
